Do you want to rent apartment villa or a large house for ex courses such as yoga? Then you’ve come to the right place. We who run Nerja Living are called Rudi Brand.
Nerja Living has arranged rental of privately owned holiday homes since 2012. The company Nerja Living is Spanish registered AB CIF no. ESB93479236. All of our homes have a rental / tourist license. We have a full-white bookkeeping with invoices on all income and all insurance policies required when renting properties.
Eva Andersson lives in Stockholm is responsible for the website and its bookings. Rudi Brand is Swedish speaking and lives in Nerja, he handles all the practicalities of meeting the tenants and handing over the house key and providing information on how everything works in the house / house as AC mm. He is always close at hand and can help you if there is any problem with your home during your stay.
