Our cute, white, typical Spanish house, looks small from the outside, but gets larger as you enter into it, a total of 80 square meters.
Here you find a spacious living room with kitchen included.

1 rooftop terrace with outstanding view over the mountains and the sea.
From the living room with both sofa set and dining table you enter out to a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view over the sea while eating your meals.
One stair up is the roof top terrace with a remarkably view over the mountains, the fields, Nerja and the wide Mediterranean Sea. Here you find dining table, sunbeds a grill and potplants.
In this house you can wake up in the morning by the rising sun, without having to get out of bed.
You can have your own barbecue on the rooftop terrace under the stars.
You can get warm by the fireplace while relaxing in the sofa or watching the TV.
The surrounding area is a hilly, charming, typical Spanish residential area with beautiful plantings everywhere. It is very quiet with only a few cars driving through the area.
The pool area is just a few minutes away, with one big pool and one smaller for children. Bars and restaurants are next to the pool which is open during 1 May until the last of October.
There are an English pub 2 minutes away and two other restaurants, which one sometimes has
some music entertainments.
It you take a 8 minutes walk, you will arrive at the long beach; playa Playazo, with its dark sand and sea polished small round stones.
By the beach are several restaurants, and a small convenience store.
Or you can take a 30 minutes walk along the beach to the charming little city of Nerja, where you can do some shopping, eat delicious tapas and meals at numerous restaurants, or just enjoy strolling around.
The bus can bring you back to Punta Lara.

In the house you can find: AC, wi-fi, TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, sheets, towels, (not for the beach) an iron, coffee percolator, water-boiler, microwave oven, toaster, hair dryer, fireplace, barbecue and a lot of wellbeing. Welcome!
