The house consists of two bedrooms on two levels, each with its own bathroom, a guest toilet, halls, living room with dining area, kitchen, patio, roof terrace and sun terraces.
Pool 4 × 8 meters (approx. 1.20 -1.80 depth, staircase and ladder), Fenced plot with parking, trees and grass areas.
