At the popular beach of Burriana Playa west of Nerja is this 3-bedroom penthouse apartment with direct views of the beach.

It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room with kitchen in an open floor plan and a large balcony of about 20 m2.

The apartment has AC (air conditioning), “flat” TV, DVD player and Internet.

The kitchen is equipped with everything including dishwasher and microwave.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a small office space and large closet with sliding doors. In the second bedroom there are two beds (a 80 × 200 cm) and wardrobes.

From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the beach, no insight from the top because it is the top apartment. Awnings are.

Burriana Beach is many restaurants, cafes and gift-shops etc. There is also a grocery store there. It is walking distance to the Nerja. Just up a hill. One can also go by bus up to the town.
