Villa Flamingo, or as it also is called, Villa Kanin (Rabbit, after the nickname of a former owner) is located right at the marketplace in Nerja on the outskirts of the center.

The urbanization is called Flamingo and the center you can reach by a walk of about 20 minutes or by bus that stops close by. Just minutes away is Nerja’s bathing house, athletics center and municipal padel courts situated and a few minutes away is La Raqueta tennis and padel club. The nearest golf course is only 20 km away.

A walk down to Nerja’s main beach Burriana takes about 20 minutes.

Every Tuesday, the popular market is open and a wonderful crowd of people unfolds below the house. On Sundays, the Lions Club also arranges a flea market here, though, to a lesser extent.

The house, which has 5 bedrooms spread over two levels (with separate entrances) is a bright and fresh house with a lovely terrace that has uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean as a backdrop. On the terrace there is also a small swimming pool where you can cool in the hot summer days or start the day with a morning bath.

The house has its own parking space right outside the door and has the facilities needed during a holiday week or for a longer stay.
