Townhouse in Nerja with private roof terrace and jacuzzi SPA

Newly renovated townhouse of 140 m2. A large corner house located at the intersection of Calle Murillo and Calle Goya in Nerja. The house has ground floor, upper floor and a private roof terrace. There is also a small patio in the interior of the building corners that extend through the entire height of the building (see attached drawing).

The house is fresh and well equipped with everything you might need when you stay here.

Roof terrace: Whole roof terrace for activities, swimming and sunbathing. It is 70 m2 large and completely private, ie only you who rents the house has access to the roof terrace. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. Extra chairs for 4 people are producing. A chill out under the sun roof with sitting for 4 persons. Sparsely bamboo ceilings as sunscreen overboard.

Luxurious Jacuzzi spa with lighting and sound system, where you can connect the phone to listen to music. On the roof terrace is also an overhead shower to cool off and 4 sun loungers for lazy days in the sun.

Tiled matberedningsplats with sink and hot and cold water. During the bench has a fridge / freezer and storage.

Living room / TV room / dining room:
Sofa with coffee table and two leather armchairs. The sofa can be embedded for two persons (140 × 200). The living room has a sofa bed and a fireplace.
Dining area for 10-12 people, lockers and sideboard.
TV with HDMI cable for connection to PC / Ipad / mobile.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, egg boiler etc. There is also a washing machine.

3 x Bedrooms:
– 3 double beds (160 × 200). Two of the upstairs bedrooms has a private balcony with double doors.
Total space for 6 people.

2 bathrooms with shower.
The heat in the winter.

The house has 3 AC for heating / cooling.

WIFI throughout the house including the roof terrace.

Our contact in Spain speaks fluent Swedish, Spanish and English. He is available to show you around the apartment and hand over the keys when you get there and are there throughout your stay should anything be needed.

Changeover day is usually Saturday or Sunday. But let me know if you have requests for second byte days so maybe it can be arranged anyway.

Municipal swimming pool (about 5 min walking distance) is available for around 2 Euro. It is an exercise swimming pool (no fun and games).

About Nerja

MOST WHO VISITED NERJA WANT TO COME BACK AGAIN – AND AGAIN.

Palm trees, orange trees, lemon trees and lots of beautiful flowers adorn the city. It is a genuine Spanish idyll with whitewashed walls, black wrought iron balconies and decorated stone streets. A well-preserved charming town with no large hotel complexes or high-rise buildings.

Nerja is about 5 mil east of Malaga on the Costa del Sol in Spain. The city is framed by the Almijara mountains which besides its beauty also gives Nerja its unique climate with the mildest winters in Europe. There is on average 3-4 degrees warmer than in Málaga.Here locals grow avocados, grapes and peaches in their own gardens.

A central gathering place in Nerja is the Balcony of Europe (Balcon de Europa). Here we are treated to a beautiful view of the Mediterranean, small beaches and mountains.

You can choose between small personal beaches or larger beaches with restaurants, cafes and activities.

In Nerja you can experience anything from the stalactite caves of Nerja Caves, one of Spain’s most beautiful mountain village of Frigiliana, hiking the waterfalls to skiing in Sierra Nevada. Almost everything is possible – you decide what you want to experience! We are here to help you!
