This modern house offers 130 square meters inside, and 100 square meters outside spread over three terraces including a roof terrace. With that, you have the best opportunities to find sun as well as shade from morning to evening. The area of Los Mangos is quiet and pleasant, and the urbanization has a swimming pool.

On the entrance floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, living room with TV, and exit to the terraces in both east and west orientation. Half a flight of stairs up you will find a bedroom with a twin bed and bathroom, another half a flight of stairs up is the master bedroom with a double bed, the second bathroom and the third bedroom with a twin bed. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

The spacious roof terrace has sun all day including evening sun and a view of the mountains. There is both a sofa group with a dining table, as well as a large dining table with 8 chairs and two large parasols.

The house has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and free parking on the street. Bed linen and towels are included.

The house is located in Nerja, 5 minutes by car (about 2.5 km) to the charming city centre and all the nice beaches, such as Playa Torecilla, Playa Burriana, Playa El Playazo, Playa Carebeillo. Nerja is a picturesque town with its cozy alleys and its wide range of nice restaurants and small shops and boutiques to enjoy.

In Nerja there is also a wide range of pleasant activities, such as excursions and hikes, or sports to practice such as padel, tennis, cycling, swimming, CrossFit and gym.

One of our favourites is the combination with skiing as the Sierra Nevada ski resort is only 123 km away, i.e.,1.5 hours by car and possible to do during one day.

The nearest airport is Málaga Airport, 68 km from Los Mangos.

Casa de la Viva is the name of the house because la viva means life! Here we enjoy wonderful holidays in all seasons, because Nerja and the surroundings have so much to offer! Here it is excellent to both rest and be active.
