This fresh appartement is situated in a beautiful building constructed in Spanish stile, around a rather big pool available for the inhabitants of it. The building is gated. It is in the Urbanizacion Chimenea with a fantastic view over the Mediterranean and the mountains surrounding Nerja. It is situated over the most famous beach, Burriana, to where one can go within 10 minutes. It can also be reached by car.

At Burriana there is a fantastic bath and beach equipped with lifeguards. Several good restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is highly frequented during both day and evening. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and a terrasse on which the sun is shining from early morning until late afternoon. The area is calm and safe. The appartement is situated in the west corner of the building. There are windows in all the rooms, equipped with roll fronts, which keep the warmth out in the summer and inside in the winter. The furniture and the design of the appartement is new and fresh.

The flat consists of 2 bedrum, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. There is also a terrace equipped with an automatic awning.The kitchen is well equipped with glass and china and other details for at least 6 persons. There is a big fridge and freezer, micro, hob and a traditional oven. There is also a washing machine as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen. The appartement has Wi-Fi, TV and TV box with some 150 channels, both Spanish and foreign and a CD.

In the yard there is a big pool, which is available for everyone living in the house during 10 am to 10 pm. Nearby there are showers and toilets. One gets to the apartment either by an elevator or by stairs. Just outside the building there’s a bus stop from where one can reach all parts of the city
