A FABOLUOS MANSION IN SAN RAFAEL!

Velcome to villa Casa Nova. An amazing mansion with a living-area of 700 squaremeters! Here you really find everything that you wish, for your holiday. The mansion is strict and modern, with choise of materials of highest standard.

Situated in San Rafael just 7 minutes from the center of Nerja, with a view that really has it all. From all the terraces around the villa, you see the ocean, the mountains and the green valleys. The villas high location gives a fantastic view in every direction.

You enter through an automatic port, and reach a dubbel-garage with sea-view! Inside the large entrance you enter a living-room, dining area and bar. All in the same room. The walls are mostly in glas leading to a terazze with a roof.

This room is alone about 200 squaremeters! The living-room is furnished with large white sofas, fireplace and an attached bar. The dining area is dominated by a dining table in black marble with 16 chairs.

Att the back of the dining area you reach the kitchen. It is fully equipped with everything from double ovens, to a cold room! You reach the garden from the kitchen with terace and a furnished dining area outside with a roof.

Above the kitchen there are a large double-room, which can be used as a family-room if needed. A staircase up from the livingroom you reach a fantastic suite, with an octagonal doubleroom, with views in all directions.

attached to the doubleroom there is a fully equipped bathroom with jacuzzi, and ones again with a view in all directions. From the suite you reach three different teraces. Up here you can always choose sun or shadow as you prefer.

A staircase down from the livingroom there are three large doublerooms, all ensuite! From these rooms you walk directly out to the large infinitypool with attached jacuzzi. On this level there are also a separate bathroom, to use after the swim.

Around the pool there is a large terace area, leading in one direction to the dining area outside.
In the other direction you reach an appartment with two doublerooms, bathroom, livingroom and att fully equipped kitchen.

A staircase down from the poolarea you reach the “playroom”. This room are over 100 squaremeters of fun. Here you can play table tennis, snooker, biljards and dart. You can also work out in a small gym containing treadmill, rowing machine and barbells.

Down from the “playroom lies the private tenniscourt. The court is surrounded with high walls, so it is possible to play in the shadow some times during the day. Of course there are some rackets to borrow, if you do not have your own equipment.

Villa Casa Nova has beds for 14-16 persons, but other areas for many more. Here you can choose to be social, or private whatever you like. The villa is therefore perfect to accompany large groups through the generations. There is something for everyone at Casa Nova!

About Nerja

Palm trees, orange trees, lemon trees and lots of beautiful flowers adorn the city. It is a genuine Spanish idyll with whitewashed walls, black wrought iron balconies and decorated stone streets. A well-preserved charming town with no large hotel complexes or high-rise buildings.

Nerja is about 5 mil east of Malaga on the Costa del Sol in Spain. The city is framed by the Almijara mountains which besides its beauty also gives Nerja its unique climate with the mildest winters in Europe. There is on average 3-4 degrees warmer than in Málaga.Here locals grow avocados, grapes and peaches in their own gardens.

A central gathering place in Nerja is the Balcony of Europe (Balcon de Europa). Here we are treated to a beautiful view of the Mediterranean, small beaches and mountains.

You can choose between small personal beaches or larger beaches with restaurants, cafes and activities.

In Nerja you can experience anything from the stalactite caves of Nerja Caves, one of Spain’s most beautiful mountain village of Frigiliana, hiking the waterfalls to skiing in Sierra Nevada. Almost everything is possible – you decide what you want to experience! We are here to help you!
