There is a rooftop terrace to this apartment, just above the apartment with a pool, sun deck and panoramic views of Nerja including the mighty Capistranas north of the city.

The apartment’s balcony / terrace faces south and, with its fantastic view, has a perfect sunshine all day. In the child-friendly and quaintly designed Verano Azul urbanization, you also have access to two communal pools, plenty of recreation areas and well-kept gardens to play or quietly stroll in.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is newly renovated with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fresh crockery. There are two bedrooms with sound-damping window glass, in the master bedroom there is a King Size double bed and in the second room two single beds (80 × 185 centimeters). The bathroom is fresh with a shower bath. Washing machine is in the apartment. The living room has TV, DVD. The apartment has AC and also ordinary fans for those who prefer it.

About the city of Nerja
Most people who have visited Nerja want to come back again – and again.
Palm trees, orange trees, lemon trees and lots of beautiful flowers adorn the city. It is a genuine Spanish idyll with whitewashed facades, black forged balconies and decorated stengators. A well-preserved charming town without large hotel complexes and high-rise buildings.

Nerja is located about 5 miles east of Málaga on the Costa del Sol in Spain. The city is beautifully framed by the magnificent Almijara mountains, which in addition to its beauty also gives Nerja its unique climate with the mildest winters in Europe. It is on average 3-4 degrees warmer than in Málaga. Here the locals grow avocados, grapes and peaches in their own gardens.

A central meeting place in Nerja is the European balcony, Balcon de Europa. Here you are offered a lovely view of the Mediterranean, small beaches and the mountains.

You can choose between small personal beaches or slightly larger beaches with restaurants, cafes and activities.

In Nerja you can experience everything from the dolphin caves of Cuevas de Nerja, one of Spain’s most beautiful mountain village of Frigiliana, hiking in waterfalls to skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Almost everything is possible – you decide what you want to experience! We will help you!
